For us, autonomy isn't the end goal but a platform to introduce a new wave of farming technology. Our innovative tools and attachments free us from traditional farming systems, paving the way for more efficient and sustainable agriculture.
The driving force behind the company is the Chief Visionary, Owner and CEO at SwarmFarm Robotics.
With over two decades as an agronomist in Central Queensland, he saw the immense potential for robotics to change the future of farming.
In 2012, his vision took shape when SwarmFarm Robotics was born, creating cutting-edge technology designed to empower farmers.
Recognised for his forward-thinking approach, he's earned industry honors, including Young Grains Innovator of the Year and Ag Innovator of the Year, cementing his reputation as a leader in agricultural innovation.
Jocie Bate, Director and CFO, ensures SwarmFarm's financial strength and operational success. With deep roots in our Country and agricultural management, she brings a sharp eye for strategy and a steady hand to the company's growth.
A graduate of Agricultural Economics, Jocie has managed finances for SwarmFarm and families farming for nearly two decades, guiding the business through every stage of its journey.
